In our French lessons, we enjoy learning to speak French and learning more about the culture

We follow PlanIt French across KS2 as it provides a carefully sequenced curriculum, ensuring progressive coverage of the skills required by the national curriculum. The scheme fosters children’s curiosity and deepens their understanding of the world. It exposes them to authentic French, with regular opportunities to listen to native speakers. Through engaging lessons, we inspire children to develop a love of languages and broaden their appreciation of other countries, cultures, and people. Our aim is to nurture curious, confident, and reflective language learners.
